CTW Warranty 

General
CTW grants you, with effect from the purchase date, a twelve (12) month warranty on all CTW watches models.

This warranty covers defects in materials and manufacturing that exist at the time of delivery of the CTW watch purchased (“defects”). The warranty takes effect only if the warranty certificate has been dated and fully completed by an official CTW dealer (“valid warranty certificate”). 

During the term of the warranty and on presenting the valid warranty certificate, you are entitled to have any defect repaired free of charge.
What is not included under warranty?
  • Accidental damage
  • Cosmetic damage (e.g., scratches, dents, corrosion, or discoloration) that does not impact product functionality
  • Water damage due to failure to maintain water resistance 
  • Failure to follow instructions provided in the owner’s manual
  • Magnetisation of the watch movement
  • Over-winding of any hand-wound mechanical watch
  • Deliberate damage or neglect
Other Exclusions
The warranty will be voided if any work is done on the watch by any person other than authorized personnel of CTW.

The warranty only applies to the original purchaser of the watch. Selling the watch voids all warranty. 

Wilk Watch Works Warranty

General Info
Every Wilk Watchworks wristwatch purchased from Wilk Watchworks is covered by a twenty-four (24) month purchase warranty from date of purchase. The warranty protects you if the components, including the movement, prove to be defective in material or workmanship, under normal use of the watch. If this is the case, the defective part(s) or movement of your watch will be repaired or replaced, during the 24 month period from the initial date of purchase.
The purchase warranty does not cover:
– the battery (in a quartz watch)
– normal wear and tear which includes: scratches or discolouration; wearing away or peeling of plating or coatings; scratched, cracked or broken crystals; discolouration or wear on the strap or bracelet.
– damage to any part of the watch (including the movement) due to neglect, accidents, dropping the watch, knocks to the watch, abnormal or abusive use, wearing while using power tools, wearing or storage near a strong magnetic field, exposure to water
– shipping to Wilk Watchworks for repair work.
Exclusions
The warranty will be voided if any work is done on the watch by any person other than authorized personnel of Wilk Watchworks, unless prior written consent is given by Wilk Watchworks.
The warranty ceases if you sell the watch.

Marathon Watches Warranty

General
Marathon Watch Company Ltd. warrants this item to be free from defects in material and workmanship under normal use in accordance with care and usage instructions for 2 years from date of purchase from an authorized distributor. This warranty excludes damage from misuse, abuse or any irregular application. If we confirm a defect, we will repair or replace it with the same item or one of similar value and return it to you at no charge.

CIGA Design Warranty

General
CIGA Design offers a warranty of 2 years from purchase. This warranty is for the original owner and is non-transferable. If you experience any issues due to defects in materials and workmanship, we’ll either repair or replace your watch. Your watch is meant to be taken in the water and used in daily life, so if your watch for some reason fails in the water during warranty period, you can reach out to us, and we’ll make it right - is critical that your crown is sealed during regular usage - if your crown is not sealed during water exposure, warranty will be voided.

This warranty does not cover normal wear and tear, damage due to impact, batteries, loss or theft. It is critical that your screw down crown is always sealed when you enter water, as this will ensure that your watch is watertight. If it is found through testing that the screw down crown was left open during water exposure, warranty will be voided, though we will work with you to get your watch fixed or replaced for a fair fee. Regardless of your issues, don’t hesitate to reach out to our team with questions or concerns.

This warranty applies only to purchases directly from www.cigadesign.com or a CIGA Design Authorized Dealer to the original owner. If purchase order number is not available from the CIGA Design official website, then a proof of purchase will be required.

Pre-Owned Warranty

Pre-Owned inventory comes as is where is. No warranty offered.
